Drop-ins are for athletes with prior CrossFit experience. If you do not have CrossFit experience you must call (208) 793-7245 before you schedule a drop-in.

• We’ll show you the schedule, so you know when to arrive.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front desk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
