While our Group CrossFit classes are designed to achieve the fitness goals of our varied community, nothing beats training for specific goals like personal training. You’ll find the greatest success with personal training if you’re needs include:
-you are referred by a physician, physical therapist or chiropractor
-you have specific perfomance goals (triathlon, etc)
-you have significant health or orthopedic issues
Your coach will tailor workouts specific for your fitness level and goals, and progress you at the proper pace.
One-on-one or small group training?
In addition to offering one-on-one session, we offer private small group training. This is a great way to get a more personalized program at half the cost or less of a normal one-on-one session.
