This 2 week course is designed for beginners looking to get started with CrossFit. This is a great place to begin if you’re looking to get back into shape, or are new to CrossFit.
These sessions can be set up according to your schedule. This is a great place to start if you have significant health or orthopedic issues, or were referred by a physician.
After that, you’ll be ready for our Group CrossFit classes, led by our expert CrossFit coaches!
