A great substitute to chips. These salty/sweet guys are hard to quit eating.
2 Cups large Organic Coconut Chips
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
Combine the sea salt and cinnamon in a small dish and set aside.
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add coconut chips and spread evenly in pan in a single layer, stir frequently.
Remove from heat, add salt/cinnamon mixture and let cool. YUM!
