Those salty little seaweed snacks can be very addicting and potentially good for you if they weren’t made with canola oil. Here’s how to make your own healthy and inexpensive.
Buy a package of Nori sheets, the same kind you make sushi with.
Brush with oil, I used Sesame Oil here but you can use Olive Oil, salt generously with sea salt.
Cut in fourths with sharp scissors, bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool and your done. Simple.
