Beef Jerky

1 Cup Coconut Aminos or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

2 Tbs warm raw honey

1 or 2 tsp red pepper chili flakes

2 cloves Garlic

1 inch fresh Ginger, finely grated

Cut your beef in approximately 1/4 inch even pieces.  Soak overnight in the above mixture.  Either use a food dehydrator at 155 degrees (or meat setting) or low oven.  Cook for 4-6 hours.
